Take I-16 E into Savannah where it will merge into Montgomery Street. Make a right on Broughton Street, then a left on Jefferson Street.
You will drive into the center of City Market (W St Julian St. is closed to pedestrians and is the center of City Market).
You should see horses and carriages waiting for passengers. On your right on the corner is The Gallery. If you go past the gallery there is a parking lot on your left.
There are plenty of outdoor cafes and restaurants and shops to enjoy, so plan on staying for a while.
